a comic about adhd and things disappearing
I'm not allowed to set my keys and wallet anywhere else except the keys-and-wallet drawer.

Because of constantly losing things, most of the important things have a place. I'm not allowed to set my keys and wallet anywhere else except the keys-and-wallet drawer. And when I'm out, key is in front right pocket, wallet is in back left pocket. (Don't pickpocket me now you know.) Chapstick also goes in front right pocket. Extra chapsticks might be literally anywhere, but if I find any, then I have to return them to the chapstick box by the bed. Them's the rules.
(Kiddo's migraine meds DO have a spot, but I don't seem to have put the new supply into it. You see the failure in the system.)
On a different topic! The nice part about all those sick days earlier this month is I sat on the couch and read quite a bit with my sick kiddo. I picked a couple graphic novels off the TBR stack and really enjoyed them both.
Just Roll With It by Veronica Agarwal and Lee Durfey-Lavoie is a lovely little book about a sixth grade kiddo who is dealing with OCD, and also loves D&D. She keeps consulting her 20-sided dice to see what she can do next. Adorable drawings and a sweet story.
And Stand Up! by Tori Sharp was an absolutely delightful story about 2 eighth grade BFFs who do theatre, open mic, and make a podcast. There were so many fun theatrical jokes in this book (like, the show they're doing is Gals and Dolls instead of Guys and Dolls, etc), and the whole thing is very queer and adorable.
Are there any graphic novels you've been loving? Recommend me some more! We're in such a wonderful renaissance for them, and it's just fantastic to have so many good ones available to read!
