Definitely the biggest change from my face painting days was the method of payment, lol. Back then I had an orange fanny pack, I mean belt bag (yes, this definitely inspired Sarmine's very uncool spell ingredients pack in Seriously Wicked). I made change out of it, and ended up with a huge pile of glitter-covered ones and fives at the end of the day. (I LOVED spending these, actually :D )
(Was the glitter otherwise out of control? Yes. I once looked down and found it on the baby's head, and said baby had definitely not been to the fair. It was everywhere.)
ANYWAY. Right towards the end of my face painting decade there were more and more people who were like, I don't have cash, can you do a credit card? And I was like look no. But THANKFULLY we have now leapfrogged over the days where I was like 'gee maybe I'll have to look into this credit card thing' and NOW everyone has Venmo.
But did I also take cash? Yes I did. Did I wear my orange fanny pack? Sure did. Did it still have glitter in it? Do you even have to ask???

PS next step is gonna be figuring out how to do an art drop with some of my remaining prints and pieces!! Stay tuned! <3
